Bike fitting is an art that is honed through experience. We look beyond the computer software and lasers to offer a service built on a life time of experience and knowledge. Aidan Ryan, a level 3 Cycling Ireland coach who has trained the very best, will offer his invaluable expertise.
A proper bike fit ensures you are in a position on the bike that lets you ride as long as you want, as hard as you want, and stay comfortable the entire time. A good fit can also help prevent overuse injuries that result from an improper position. The correct position will vary from person to person, depending on factors like age, style of riding, and physical attributes like flexibility.
The priorities of your particular type of cycling, whether it is multi day sportives or simply a comfortable commute will guide the tweaking of your set up.
“Aidan, a big thanks for you and Fintan for the bike fit.
I’ve been 7 years with a wonky knee. It was swollen and sore for a few weeks after the Mick Byrne 100.00 I just did the Yola 200 and its fine.
Nice to know the pros in the game”
Frank Heath, Bike Fit 2022
